Kalatali: Jahangirnagar University Vice-Chancellor (VC) Professor Dr Mohammad Kamrul Ahsan today inaugurated gas connections at six newly-constructed residential halls on the campus. The inauguration ceremony took place at Bir Protik Taramon Bibi Hall and Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam Hall, where the Vice-Chancellor attended as the chief guest.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the event was graced by the presence of several notable figures, including Pro-VC (Admin) Prof Dr Sohel Ahmed, Treasurer Prof Dr M Abdur Rab, Provost of Bir Protik Taramon Bibi Hall Prof Dr Abeda Sultana, Provost of Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Hall Prof Dr Kh. Lutful Elahi, Provost of Fazilatunnesa Hall Prof Dr Nazrul Islam, and Provost of Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam Hall Prof Dr Mohammad Abdur Razzak. Additionally, JUCSU Vice-President Abdur Rashid Jitu, its General Secretary Md Mazharul Islam, and President of Jahangirnagar University Journalists’ Association Mehedi Mamun were also present among others.
