Khulna: BNP Information Secretary and Khulna-4 constituency candidate Azizul Bari Helal emphasized the significance of BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia, referring to her as a national asset of Bangladesh. Helal expressed his confidence in her recovery while attending several events in Rupsha, Dighalia, and Senhati areas.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Helal engaged with local women in Rupsha and inaugurated a food distribution initiative organized by Confidence Kalyan Sangstha. He participated in Jumma prayers at Aichgati Mosque and inaugurated a football tournament at Laskarpur Government Primary School.
In Dighalia, Helal attended a lamp-lighting and prayer meeting with the Sanatan community, criticizing the Awami League for alleged political misdeeds. He refuted claims about Sanatan community voting patterns, highlighting BNP's past electoral successes.
Helal outlined BNP's future initiatives, promising family and farmer cards for 50 lakh families and farmers respectively, and pledging employment for one crore people if the party ascends to power. He stressed the importance of unity in maintaining law and order and reaffirmed Bangladesh's commitment to communal harmony.
Later, Helal met with the Christian community in Senhati Union, continuing his engagement with various community groups.
