Khulna Gets New Additional Commissioner

Khulna: The government has appointed Mohammad Nazmul Haque, a member of the Bangladesh Civil Aviation Authority (CAAB) holding the position of joint secretary, as the new additional divisional commissioner of Khulna. The Ministry of Public Administration issued a transfer notification, signed by Deputy Secretary Aminul Islam, to this effect.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the notification instructs the transferred officer to obtain a release order from his current workplace by today; failure to do so will result in him being considered stand released from this afternoon. The notification emphasized that the transfer order, issued in public interest, is effective immediately. Mohammad Nazmul Haque has been serving the civil aviation authority as a member responsible for finance.



The public administration ministry also issued a notification posting Md Firoz Shah, the current additional commissioner of Khulna division, to the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs as joint secretary. The notification requires him to secure his release order from his current post by December 18, after which he will be considered stand released from the afternoon of that day if not complied with.



In a similar development, another notification announced the transfer of Tahmina Akter, currently serving as the additional divisional commissioner of Mymensingh division, to the Industries Ministry as joint secretary. She is required to obtain her release order by December 17, failing which she will be considered stand released from the afternoon of that day.
