Khulna: A joint operation conducted by the Khulna Development Authority (KDA) and Khulna City Corporation (KCC) today demolished 30 illegal structures in the Sonadanga Bus Terminal area of the city. The eviction drive began at 11am and continued until 1pm.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, KDA officials stated that the structures were built illegally on unauthorized land. Occupants had been operating businesses in these structures for a long time, despite repeated notices and public announcements urging them to vacate.
