Munshiganj: Brothers Union Club earned their second successive victory in the Bangladesh Football League by defeating Fakirerpool Young Men's Club 2-0 at Birshrestha Flight Lieutenant Matiur Rahman Stadium in Munshiganj today.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, after a scoreless first half, Sanish Shreshtha broke the deadlock by scoring the first goal for Brothers in the 80th minute. Forward Arik Bita secured the win by adding a second goal in the 83rd minute of the match.
Brothers Union Club is set to play against PWD Sports Club, while Fakirerpool Young Men's Club will face Mohammedan in their next matches, scheduled for November 29.
