Chattogram: The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecasted that rain or thunder showers are likely to occur at a few places over the Chattogram division, and at one or two places over the Barishal and Sylhet divisions starting at 9:00 am today. The information was released via a weather bulletin issued this morning.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the weather may remain mainly dry with a temporary partly cloudy sky in other parts of the country. The bulletin further indicated a slight fall in night temperatures and a slight rise in day temperatures across the country.
On Sunday, the highest temperature recorded was 35.5 degrees Celsius in Cox's Bazar and Sitakunda. Meanwhile, the lowest temperature was recorded today at 19.9 degrees Celsius in Rajshahi. In Dhaka, the sun is scheduled to set at 5:18 pm today and will rise at 6:06 am tomorrow.
