Bandarban: The 1st Division Cute Handball League (men’s) is scheduled to commence at the Bandarban district stadium from November 6-10. This eagerly anticipated event is organized by the Bandarban District Sports Association in collaboration with the Bangladesh Handball Federation, with Maushumi Industries Limited as the sponsor for the five-day competition.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, a total of eight local teams will be vying for the top position in the league. The teams are divided into two groups. Group A consists of Little Star Club Bandarban, Team One Bandarban Young Star Jubo Sangha, Shuwalak, and Kalaghata GTL Sports Club. Group B includes Jaditong Jubo Sangha, Quantum Cosmo School and College, Lama, Sro Residential High School, and Uzani Para Boys Club, Bandarban.
This league aims to promote handball in the region and offers a platform for local talent to showcase their skills. The event is expected to draw significant attention from sports enthusiasts in Bandarban and beyond.
