Dhaka: The Central Intelligence Cell (CIC) confiscated a hidden bank locker belonging to Ousted Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at a branch of Pubali Bank in the capital's Motijheel area.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, sources at CIC revealed that one key to the locker is with Hasina, while another one is with the bank. The CIC conducted a raid in the morning after receiving intelligence information about the existence of the locker.
A Senior CIC official stated that the locker would be unlocked following due procedures as per Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
