Chattogram: National Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam propagated and preached core ideals of all religions through his writings, which mainly reflected in his poems and songs. Speakers at a discussion meeting and cultural function also viewed that apart from inspiring people of this sub-continent to join the freedom struggle to free the Indian sub-continent from the clutches of the then British colonial rule, the great rebel poet's writings are still serving as electrifying sources of motivation for people to involve themselves in anti-autocratic and anti-fascist movements.
