Dhaka: BNP Standing Committee member and Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia’s personal physician Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain confirmed that former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia was taken to Evercare Hospital for a regular health check-up based on the Medical Board’s advice.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Dr. Zahid Hossain informed journalists that after completing the necessary tests, Khaleda Zia returned to her residence, Firoza, as advised by the Medical Board. He expressed gratitude, stating, “Alhamdulillah, after completing the tests, she returned to Firoza.”
Dr. Zahid Hossain also mentioned that Begum Khaleda Zia has requested prayers from the citizens of the country for her recovery.
