Jhenaidah: The Regional office of the National University (NU) was officially opened in the Television Centre village of the Jhenaidah district earlier today. The inauguration ceremony was graced by the presence of Attorney General Md Asaduzzaman, who served as the chief guest, alongside NU Vice Chancellor Dr. ASM Amanullah, who presided over the event.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the event was attended by several notable figures, including the Acting Director of the Jhenaidah regional office, Nazim Uddin, and Professor Dr. Abu Bakar Siddique, the Principal of Jhenaidah Government KC College. Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Abdul Awal and leaders from various political parties were also present to witness the significant occasion.
Attorney General Md Asaduzzaman highlighted the benefits that the new regional office will bring to the area, emphasizing that teachers and employees of various educational institutions will now have access to faster services. He also noted that the establishment of this office is expected to enhance the administrative efficiency of the National University within the region.
