Naogaon: The Manda upazila unit of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) organized a tree plantation and public awareness campaign on Tuesday. The initiative aimed to promote the party’s 31-point state reform outline, which was declared by BNP’s acting chairman Tarique Rahman.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the event took place at the ground of Kashab Bholagari Government Primary School. BNP National Executive Committee Member M. A. Matin attended the programme as the chief guest, with Kashab Union BNP President Md. Abul Hashem Sardar presiding over the function.
The BNP Media Cell confirmed the organization of the event. Present at the programme were Manda Upazila BNP Convener Md. Shafiqul Islam Babul Chowdhury, Senior Joint Convener A.K.M. Nazmul Haque Nazu, Joint Convener Md. Tofazzal Hossain Tuku, Manda Upazila Jubo Dal Convener Advocate Mizanur Rahman, and committee members Md. Abul Kalam Azad, Advocate Kumar Bishwajit, Md. Shamsul Islam Badal, and Md. Nurul Islam.
