Sirajganj: National Legal Aid Day 2025 was observed here in the district today, promoting the rule of law, human rights, and justice for all. To mark the day, a series of programmes were held in the district. The events included a colorful rally, voluntary blood donation, blood group testing, weight measurement, free legal advice, distribution of legal aid forms, and a discussion.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Senior District and Sessions Judge and Chairman of the District Legal Aid Committee M. Ali Ahmed inaugurated the day-long programme by releasing pigeons and balloons at the court premises in the morning.
