Khulna: The closing ceremony of the 13th Naval Regional Gathering of the Naval Scouts, organized by the Bangladesh Navy, took place at the Bangladesh Noubahini School and College in Khulna on Saturday.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Commander of Khulna Naval Area Rear Admiral Golam Sadeq attended the event as the chief guest and distributed certificates among the participants. An ISPR press release mentioned that the ceremony was attended by the Commander Flotilla West, senior Navy officers, the navy regional secretary, officers of Bangladesh Scouts and Air Scouts, along with military and civilian personnel of various ranks.
