Dhaka: Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus inaugurated the Youth Entrepreneurship Expo-2025, a key highlight of the Bangladesh Investment Summit-2025, at the hotel InterContinental here today. The Expo aims to spotlight the entrepreneurial spirit of the nation’s youth and facilitate vital connections between emerging enterprises and investors.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) organized the summit. The event featured notable speakers, including Baroness Rosie Winterton, UK’s Trade Envoy to Bangladesh, Oscar Garca Maceiras, CEO of Inditex, and Apex Footwear Limited Managing Director Syed Nasim Manzur, who shared their insights on the investment landscape.
BIDA Executive Chairman Chowdhury Ashik Mahmud Bin Harun highlighted the business and investment potential of Bangladesh during his presentation. Lutfey Siddiqi, Chief Adviser’s Special Envoy on International Affairs, moderated the function, ensuring a smooth flow of discussions.
