Dhaka: Educational institutions across the country will celebrate Pahela Baishakh, the first day of the Bengali New Year, under their own management.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education has issued a directive instructing all schools and colleges to make necessary arrangements to observe the day on their own initiative.
