Magura Girl Rape & Murder Case Trial to Be Held Speedily: Asif Nazrul

Dhaka: Law Adviser Dr Asif Nazrul announced today that the trial for the Magura girl rape and murder case is set to proceed swiftly. “The investigation into the case is going to be concluded. DNA report will be found within a day or two. We expect that the trial of this case will begin within a few days and the case will be settled speedily as there are enough clear evidences,” he stated during a press briefing at the Foreign Service Academy.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the press briefing was also attended by Environment, Forest and Climate Change Adviser Syeda Rizwana Hasan and Chief Adviser’s Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam. The announcement comes as authorities push for a swift resolution to the case, underscoring the availability of clear evidence that could expedite the judicial process.
