Chattogram: Chattogram Metropolitan Police (CMP) have detained 39 individuals accused of instigating an unstable situation in the country.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the arrested individuals are identified as troublemakers, planners, and their accomplices, with police stating that most are affiliated with the Awami League. CMP teams conducted raids across various city locations over the past 24 hours to apprehend these suspects.
The individuals taken into custody have been charged in several cases under the Anti-Terrorism Act. These charges are related to attacks and other criminal activities linked to the recent student-led mass uprising.
