Naogaon: Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) organized a badminton competition on the Naogaon office premises last night, marking the Festival of Youth. LGED executive engineer Tofail Ahmed inaugurated the competition as the chief guest.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, senior assistant engineer Muniruzzaman, along with engineers of 11 upazilas and related officials of the local government engineering department, were also present at the event. A total of 16 teams from 11 upazila and district offices participated in the meet.
Naogaon LGED executive engineer Tofail Ahmed emphasized the importance of youth in building a prosperous state.
