Former National Football Goalkeeper Mohsin Missing Since Late August.

Dhaka: Former national team goalkeeper and captain Md. Mohsin, aged 61, has been reported missing since August 29, 2024. Mohsin was last seen leaving his residence in Malibagh, Dhaka, wearing a blue shirt and black-and-white checked trousers, according to sources from Ramna Thana police. Since that day, he has not returned home, raising concerns among his family and friends. According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Mohsin was a renowned footballer during the 1990s and had been suffering from mental health issues for an extended period. Despite extensive searches by his family members in all conceivable locations, they have been unable to locate him. His sister, Ruma Ferdousi, lodged a general diary (GD) at the Ramna Police Station in Dhaka on September 5, seeking assistance in locating her brother. The family has appealed to the public for help, urging anyone with information about Mohsin's whereabouts to contact the investigating officer, Sub Inspector (unarmed) Md. Mizanur Rahman, at 01711-315826 or the officer-in-charge at 01320-039492.
