Met Office Predicts Dry Weather Across Bangladesh with Isolated Light Rain Possibility.

DHAKA: The Bangladesh Meteorological Department has announced that the weather across the country is expected to remain predominantly dry over the next 24 hours, with the forecast commencing at 9 am today. There is, however, a possibility of light rain or drizzle in one or two locations within the Chattogram division. According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the forecast indicates that the weather will remain dry with a temporarily partly cloudy sky. This prediction is influenced by a seasonal low that currently lies over the South Bay and extends its trough towards the North Bay. On Tuesday, the highest temperature in the country was recorded in Sitakunda at 32.5 degrees Celsius, while the lowest temperature was noted in Tetulia, reaching 15.0 degrees Celsius. The meteorological department also noted that both night and day temperatures might experience a slight drop across the nation. Additionally, it is anticipated that light to moderate fog could occur in certain areas from late night until early morn ing. The sunset in the capital today is expected at 05:11 pm, and tomorrow's sunrise is scheduled for 06:18 am.
