Dhaka: The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) today announced the Under-17 team for the tour of Sri Lanka. The young cricketers from Bangladesh are set to compete in three one-day matches and two three-day matches during their stay in Sri Lanka from November 21 to December 9. According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the team will arrive in Sri Lanka on November 21 and will engage in a two-day practice session before facing their Sri Lankan counterparts in the first one-day match on November 24. The subsequent one-day matches are scheduled for November 26 and November 28. The itinerary also includes two three-day matches, with the first match taking place from December 1 to December 3, followed by the second match from December 6 to December 8. The team is expected to return to Bangladesh on December 9. The squad for the tour comprises Ferdous Kabir, Abdullah Al Muhi, Ridoy Hossain, Farhan Sadik, Adrito Ghosh, Ahsanul Haque Mahim, Rakibul Hossan, Rakib Khan, Maheenujjaman Mahbeer, Sheikh Atikur Rahman Akash, A l Amin Hossen, Abdur Rahim, Mahir Ishmam Chowdhury, Imran Hossain, Ali Rafi, and Sourav Kormokar. The standby players include Ahsanul Munim, Mobassir Islam Munem, Faiyaz Rahman, and Kawser Ahmed.
