Khulna: The admission test for the first-year honours courses at Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET) is set to commence on January 11, 2025. The test will cover BSC Engineering, Bachelor of Urban Rural Planning (BURP), and Bachelor of Architecture (BARC) programs for the 2024-25 academic session.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the decision to hold the admission test on this date was made during a recent meeting of the KUET Academic Council, chaired by Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Muhammad Masud. Shaheduzzaman Sheikh, the public relations officer of KUET, confirmed the details today.
A total of 20,000 prospective students will have the chance to participate in the admission test, competing for 1,065 available seats across 16 faculties. Applicants are required to complete their online admission forms between December 4 and December 14, with the application fee due by December 15.
