Chandpur: A day-long free medical camp was held on the premises of the Raldia Government Primary School in Ashikathi union under Sadar upazila here today. The camp was organized by the non-government organization Al Helal Foundation, providing essential medical services to the local community. According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the event was inaugurated by Yasin Farhad Russell, the main sponsor of the organization. The convener of the foundation, Zahidul Islam Khan, along with specialist doctors, was also present at the event. The camp successfully catered to 2000 patients, offering services in health care, gynecology, dermatology, and distributing medicines. Additional services such as blood grouping, prescriptions, and other facilities were provided free of cost.
