Chattogram: Chattogram Metropolitan Police (CMP) has arrested Adnan Khurshid, organizing secretary of the Chattogram College unit of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL). Adnan is the son of Professor Khurshid Alam of Shikdarpara area of Chowdhury Hat under Hathajari upazila of the district.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Roich Uddin, Deputy Commissioner (Crime) of CMP, confirmed that a team of Detective Branch (DB) arrested Adnan Khurshid from the city’s Panchlaish area on Saturday night. A case was filed against him.
