Kathmandu: CPM UML’s Senior Vice Chairman and former Deputy Prime Minister Ishwor Pokhrel visited the RSS photo exhibition organized at RSS central office on Friday.
The exhibition under the theme of ‘achievements of republic: bases of prosperity’ has been going on for two weeks.
Following the observation of the photos, Vice Chairman Pokhrel viewed the photos reflected Nepal’s ongoing development activities. “These are fine documentation of the achievements we made in recent decades,” he added.
Pokhrel stressed that the achievements the country made should be further institutionalized.
RSS Executive Chairman Dharmendra Jha and General Manager Siddha Raj Rai made aware the guest about RSS activities and photo exhibition.
The exhibition showcasing 95 photos would last through end of Jestha month.
On a different note, leader Pokhrel said his party was for continuity of present coalition. The UML joined the present coalition for country’s development and political stability.
“We were clear that the previou
s government would not deliver to the people. So, present government was formed,” he argued, adding that although an issue was raised that there was not adequate discussion in the budget, UML would support and implement the budget.
