Kathmandu: Former Chief Secretary Tirthaman Shakya has passed away. He was 81.
Also former Chairperson of Public Service Commission, Shakya passed away on Wednesday morning at B and B Hospital in Gwarko. He was suffering from cancer.
He is survived by his two daughters and two sons. His wife had passed away just three months ago.
