Tejgaon: Police arrested 85 people for their alleged involvement in various crimes during a special drive conducted in different police station areas under Tejgaon area yesterday. Deputy Commissioner of DMP's Media and Public Relations Department Md Akter Hossain disclosed the information in a press release today.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the release detailed that Mohammadpur Police Station arrested 27 people, Tejgaon Police Station 21, Adabar Police Station 19, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Police Station seven, Tejgaon Industrial Area Police Station six, and Hatirjheel Police Station arrested five people.
Police have confirmed that the arrested individuals have been sent to court, marking a significant move in the ongoing efforts to maintain law and order in the Tejgaon area.
