Dhaka: Police have arrested 1262 more crime suspects in the last 24 hours in the ongoing nationwide operations against the troublemakers. These operations are part of an intensified effort to maintain law and order across the country.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, 1262 of the individuals were apprehended in connection with previous cases and pending warrants. Additionally, 434 suspects were detained on various charges, showcasing the extensive reach of the police operations.
During these operations, law enforcement officials seized one pistol, one local shooter gun, 23 crude bombs, and a sharp weapon known as a hasua. These confiscations further highlight the commitment to removing dangerous weapons from the streets and ensuring public safety.
