– Heat oil in medium-high heat in a 6-qt. pot.

– Combine chicken and onions; cook and stir for 4-5 minutes or until chicken becomes pink and onions are soft. Add garlic and cook for 1-minute more.

– Blend in beans, broth, green chiles, red peppers, seasonings, and pepper sauce. Reduce heat when it begins to boil. Keep uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until thickened.

– Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and whipping cream. If desired, serve with toppings.

Beef Tenderloin with Roasted Vegetables
