Corporate branches of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) organised the webinar “Compliance of Shari’ah in Banking Operations” Saturday.
Professor Md Salim Uddin, chairman of the executive committee of the bank, addressed the webinar as chief guest and Muhammad Qaisar Ali, additional managing director, as special guest.
Mohammad Harunur Rashid, a member of IBBL Shari’ah Supervisory Committee, addressed the webinar as chief discussant.
AKM Shahidul Hoque Khandaker, chief of Head Office Complex Corporate Branch, presided over the programme, according to a press release.
