Property solution provider Bproperty and Delta Brac Housing Finance Corporation (DBH) recently signed an agreement to make home loans easier.
DBH will now provide faster home loan solutions with a dedicated team to the clients of Bproperty.
Also, it will provide special interest rates, tactical campaigns and other benefits to the clients of Bproperty.
This solution is faster and cost-effective and will help shorten the time to buy a property.
Moreover, Bproperty will provide valuation and validation support to DBH to process loans for the properties listed on Bproperty. This will enable DBH to provide home loans quicker than before for their clients, according to a media statement.
