Instead, the local market saw flooding of naked, scooters and street sport bikes. The cc limit saw the increasing popularity of street bikes among all walks of people in Bangladesh. Hero made its way to Bangladesh in the early 90s and has been a key player in the two-wheeler market. The company, formerly known as Hero Honda has several models running the streets of Bangladesh.

However, their most popular model in the sub 100 cc category is the Hero splendor Plus. The bike is a street-styled one with a lot of ergonomic offerings.

There are 18-inch alloy wheels combined with a 4-stroke single-cylinder engine. The company included what it calls the Xsens technology to increase the comfortability of each ride.
