Bangkok: Bangladesh Women’s National Football Team completed their final training session today at the Alpine sports training camp in Bangkok, Thailand prior to their departure for Goa to participate in the upcoming SAFF Women’s Championship 2026. The day’s session started with the usual warm-up exercises followed by box-to-box running drills. Later, the squad was divided into three groups for small-sided games where the players displayed high intensity, strong positional awareness, and tactical discipline throughout the session.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, all players and team officials are doing well and no injuries have been reported within the squad to date. The team is scheduled to depart from Bangkok tomorrow (Thursday) at 7:50 am and is expected to arrive in Goa at 6:30 PM (Indian local time). Bangladesh Women’s National Football Team will hold their first training session in Goa on May 22, 2026, as part of their official preparation for the SAFF Women’s Championship.
