Bogura: A woman lost her life in a road accident on the Dhaka-Bogura highway in the Aria Bazar area under Shajahan Police Station of the district this morning.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the identity of the deceased remains unknown. The incident occurred when an unidentified vehicle struck the woman, resulting in her death at the scene, as confirmed by Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Sherpur Highway Police Station Md. Azizul Islam.
Police have retrieved the body and transported it to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital morgue for an autopsy. Efforts are underway to ascertain the identity of the deceased, stated the OC.
