Mongla: State Minister for Environment, Forest, and Climate Change Shaikh Faridul Islam announced today the provision of water tanks to every household in the coastal areas to address the shortage of safe drinking water. He made this statement while distributing water tanks to the residents of Burirdanga Union in the Digraj area of Mongla upazila this morning.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Faridul distributed the tanks among residents in Chila, Chandpai, Sonailtala, Mithakhali, and Sundarban unions at the Upazila Parishad premises.
