Dhaka: Vehicular movement will be restricted inside the Dhaka cantonment on November 21 in observance of Armed Forces Day, as announced by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) this afternoon. The restrictions aim to alleviate traffic congestion within the cantonment area.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the main road from Shaheed Jahangir Gate to the staff road within the Dhaka Cantonment will have limited access. All types of vehicles, except those carrying guests and residents of the area, are advised to refrain from using these routes between 7 am to 11 am and then from 12 noon to 7 pm on the specified day. This measure is intended to ensure smooth traffic flow and enhance security during the celebrations.
