UML’s morale and confidence has bolstered: Party Chairperson Oli

Kathmandu: Chairperson KP Sharma Oli said that his party’s morale and confidence has been boosted by the people’s support.

Addressing an assembly convened at Charikot in Dolakha district on Monday during the ‘Jhulaghat-Chiwabhanjyang Resolution March for Prosperity’, Chairperson Oli said that the public demonstrated their love, affection, welcoming attitude and intimacy during the journey.

The resolution march that kicked off on November 30 from Jhulaghat of Baitadi district on the western border of the country will reach Chiwabhanjyang in Panchthar on the eastern border on December 17.

The septuagenarian leader heaped praises on Dolakha, the place in the foothill of Gaurishankar mountain, saying that that Dolakha was a place blessed by the deities of Kalinchowk Bhagawati and Dolakha Bhimsen.

Refuting rumours that children were mobilized in the campaign, Oli, argued that since it was a campaign of national celebration, it was normal for the children to participate in the celebration.

Also the former Prim
e Minister, leader Oli called for creating a favorable environment in the country to retain youths. He viewed that his party should venture into developmental endeavors and social transformation.

The party chairperson was accompanied by party’s senior Vice-Chairperson Ishwor Pokharel, Vice-Chairpersons Yubaraj Gyawali, Ram Bahadur Thapa, Bishnu Poudel and Surendra Pandey and General-Secretary Shankar Pokharel.

Similarly, present in the today’s event were Deputy General-Secretary Pradeep Gyawali, Prithivi Subba Gurung, Secretaries, standing committee member, politburo members among others central and provincial committee leaders.
