Chittagong: Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-7 have arrested two more fugitives in connection with the murder of tenant Ful Mia, who was killed during a dispute in the city's Bayezid area. The arrestees have been identified as Md. Alam, 25, son of Mujibul Haque Molla, and Sakhara, 32, daughter of Md. Abdul Mabud, both residents of Maijpara under Bayezid Bostami Police Station.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the incident occurred when the house owner attacked Ful Mia during a dispute over utility bills. RAB-7 Assistant Director (Media) A. R. M. Mozaffar Hossain confirmed the arrests on Tuesday. Alam, the second accused in the case, was detained from Pathania Goda area under Chandgaon Police Station on Monday night.
