Chattogram: A two-day international cardiovascular conference, titled "Cardicon-2025," will commence in the port city on Monday. Chattogram Society of Interventional Cardiology (CSIC) is organizing the event, which will be held at the Radisson Blu Hotel.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, organizers shared details at a press conference held at the Cardiology Department of Chattogram Medical College and Hospital (CMCH). They highlighted that the conference, themed "Steps towards excellence," will be divided into 22 sessions. These sessions will focus on the effective management of cardiovascular and heart-related diseases, alongside discussions on the latest research and scientific findings in these areas.
The written statement, read by the CSIC General Secretary during the press conference, emphasized the key features of this year's international event on cardiovascular diseases. Approximately 550 specialists, physicians, and researchers from various countries, including Bangladesh, USA, Portugal, Malaysia, Italy, India, Vietnam, Pakistan, and Nepal, are expected to participate in the conference.
