The ambassador’s interest was conveyed during a courtesy call on Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Afroza Khanam at her office in Dhaka, as stated in a foreign ministry press release.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, State Minister for Civil Aviation and Tourism M. Rashiduzzaman Millat was present during the meeting, where both parties emphasized the importance of strengthening bilateral relations. Discussions also touched upon potential Turkish assistance in developing Bangladesh’s tourism sector.
