Turkish Election Observers Meet Tarique Rahman Ahead of Bangladesh National Polls

Dhaka: A delegation of Turkish election observers met BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman at his Gulshan office on Wednesday night ahead of tomorrow’s national election. The meeting comes as part of the preparations for the 13th National Parliament election and concurrent referendum in Bangladesh.



According to United News of Bangladesh, the Turkish delegation is in the country to observe the electoral process and ensure transparency during the polling. The observers are scheduled to monitor the polling process on Thursday across various locations in Bangladesh.



The meeting with Tarique Rahman was attended by BNP Joint Secretary General Humayun Kabir and the Chairman’s Adviser Enamul Haq Chowdhury. Sayrul Kabir Khan, a member of the BNP Media Cell, confirmed the courtesy call and emphasized its significance in the context of the upcoming elections.
