Netrakona: A day-long training workshop on "Environment-friendly Block Brick Production and House Construction Using Block Bricks for Masons" was held today at Advance Eco Bricks in Kendua upazila, organized by the District Environment Department. Twenty masons and block brick production workers participated in the workshop.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Assistant Director of the District Environment Department, Md Abdullah Al Matin, emphasized the importance of using automatic and block bricks instead of traditionally fired bricks to mitigate environmental pollution. He highlighted the promising future for block brick production workers and encouraged continuous efforts to enhance skills in this field.
The program was attended by District Environment Department Inspector Mahabubul Islam, Accountant Shafiul Alam Rana, Advance Eco Bricks Managing Director Tafazzal Tapu, local entrepreneurs, NGO representatives, and journalists. Participants received practical training on the proper use of block bricks during the workshop.
