Dhaka: BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman has announced his support for animal lover ‘Ruhul Bhai’. Following Tarique Rahman’s directive, a delegation from the Bangladesh Animal Welfare Association (BAWA), of which he is the chief patron, will meet Ruhul Bhai at 2:00pm tomorrow.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the delegation will be led by BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed and will include BNP Media Cell member Atikur Rahman Rumon. Ruhul Bhai, a resident of Mohammadpur in the capital, has recently gained widespread attention on social media for his efforts to feed mongooses, dogs, and cats, spending Tk 32,800.
