Dhaka: BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman has shown support for animal enthusiast ‘Ruhul Bhai’. Following directives from Tarique Rahman, a delegation from the Bangladesh Animal Welfare Association (BAWA), of which Rahman is the chief patron, met with Ruhul Bhai.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the delegation was led by BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi and included BNP Media Cell member Atikur Rahman Rumon. Ruhul Bhai, a resident of Mohammadpur in the capital, recently attracted significant attention on social media for his efforts in feeding mongooses, dogs, and cats, spending Tk 32,800.
