Tarique Rahman Congratulates Fatherless Raisa on Passing SSC Exam

Dhaka: Iqra Angel Raisa, daughter of the late Anwar Hossain Mahbub, has achieved a GPA-5 in this year’s SSC examination. Anwar Hossain, who was the joint general secretary of Dhaka Metropolitan BNP’s ward 59, was killed by police in 2016 under a false case.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, upon hearing the news of Raisa’s outstanding result, BNP acting chairman and main patron of Amra BNP Paribar, Tarique Rahman, instructed the organization’s leaders to extend his greetings and congratulations to Raisa.



Atiqur Rahman Rumon, the convener of Amra BNP Paribar and a member of the BNP Media Cell, facilitated the communication of this congratulatory message from the party’s acting chairman. A delegation from Amra BNP Paribar visited Raisa’s Lalbagh residence in Old Dhaka to deliver flowers, sweets, story books, and dresses on behalf of Tarique Rahman, wishing her continued success in the future.



Present during the occasion were Amra BNP Paribar member secretary Moksedul Momin Mithun, organization member Shahadat Hossain, Chhatra Dal leader Mashiur Rahman Mahan, along with other members of the group.
