Dhaka: The results of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations for 2025 under all the 11 boards will be published on Thursday. This announcement comes as students across the country eagerly await their results, following the conclusion of exams earlier this year.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, this year’s results will be simultaneously published under the Dhaka, Rajshahi, Cumilla, Jashore, Chittagong, Barishal, Sylhet, Dinajpur, Mymensingh, Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board, and Bangladesh Technical Education Board at 2 pm on July 10 (Thursday). A notification regarding this was signed by Professor SM Kamal Uddin Hyder, the convener of the Inter-Education Board Examination Controllers’ Committee.
The notification outlined that candidates will be able to access their results after 2:00 pm. Access can be obtained online or via SMS. To receive results via SMS under general education boards, candidates are required to type “SSC” followed by a space, the first three letters of the board name, another space, the roll number, and the year, then send it to 16222. For instance, a candidate under the Dhaka Education Board with roll number 123456 should send “SSC Dha 123456 2025” to 16222. Online results can be accessed by visiting www.educationboardresults.gov.bd and entering the roll and registration numbers.
The notification further stated that educational institutions can download full result sheets by entering their EIIN number at www.dhakaeducationboard.gov.bd. The SSC and equivalent exams commenced on April 10 and concluded on May 13, with practical exams held from May 15 to 22. This year, approximately 19.28 lakh students registered for the exams.
