Skill Development Training for 600 Teachers Conducted in Bagerhat

Bagerhat: A two-day skill development training on Mathematics and English was held for 600 secondary school teachers in the district to improve their teaching abilities. The training was organized by the Bagerhat-based charity organization Latif Master Foundation at the Bagerhat Zilla Parishad Auditorium.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, on Sunday, 300 teachers from nine upazilas of the district participated in the Mathematics training. Another 300 teachers attended the English training today. The sessions aimed to enhance the pedagogical skills of teachers in these crucial subjects, ensuring better educational outcomes for students.



Prof Dr. Tazin Aziz Chowdhury, Chairperson of the English Department at Dhaka University, Prof Ahmed Bashir of the same department, Prof Md Samiul Haque of the English Discipline at Khulna University, Bagerhat Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer Bhaskar Debnath, and Latif Master Foundation Chairman and Chartered Accountant Md Rafiqul Islam were present as facilitators and trainers during the sessions. Their involvement provided valuable insights and expertise to the attending educators.
