Aricha:Shipping Ministry Secretary Md Zakaria conducted inspections at ferry and launch terminals in Aricha, Paturia, and Daulatdia, focusing on safety measures for the upcoming Sharadiya Durga Puja travel.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the inspection aimed to ensure that arrangements at these terminals support safe and hassle-free river travel for the festival. Md Zakaria expressed his satisfaction with the preparations at the Aricha River Port facilities.
He also directed officials to implement necessary measures to guarantee safe, comfortable, and uninterrupted journeys for passengers during the Puja festivities.
