Dhaka: Adviser to the Ministries of Social Welfare and Women and Children Affairs Sharmeen S Murshid has expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Sharif Osman Hadi, a frontline fighter of the July Mass Uprising and spokesperson of Inqilab Mancha. In a condolence message issued today, she remarked on the profound impact of his passing on the nation.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the Adviser stated that some individuals never truly die, as their ideals, sacrifices, and revolutionary dreams continue to influence generations. Sharmeen S Murshid highlighted Sharif Osman Hadi's role as a valiant fighter and his symbolic representation of courage and inspiration for sacrifice.
She further emphasized that Hadi's contributions to political, social, and cultural movements have inspired many. The void left by his untimely demise, she noted, will be challenging to fill.
The Adviser concluded by praying for the eternal peace of his soul and extending her sympathies to his bereaved wife, family, fellow fighters, and well-wishers.
